Spicy Grilled Turkey Burgers
This is a great alternative for people who don't eat beef. 
The patties can be served on a bed of mixed greens and arugula salad 
with oil and vinegar dressing or on rolls with slices of tomato and onion.
Ingredients: 
1 1/4 lbs. ground turkey
2 T chopped fresh chives
1 T chopped Italian parsley 
1 1/2 T chopped capers
1 T chopped fresh basil
2 dashes habanero sauce (or equivalent)
1 T Worchestershire sauce 
     Make into 5 patties and grill.
     Serve on bed of mixed greens and arugula salad with oil and vinegar dressing.  Or the patties can be served on buns with slices of tomato and onion.
