| Ingredients:
3 cups baby spinach, rinsed

pint fresh Blueberries

green onion,
sliced,
1
pint grape tomatoes, quartered

oz Greek
Style Mild Feta Cheese

/4 cup finely chopped Walnuts
2
oz Vinegar
2
oz Olive
Oil

1. Place
spinach in large bowl. Drizzle oil and vinegar over greens
and toss
to coat. Divide greens onto 8 cool plates.
2. Top each
plate with blueberries, green onion, tomatoes, feta cheese, and
walnuts.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
