The tart yet sweet pulp and juice is awesome on ice cream, in mixed drinks, in baked goods etc. We will provide a fantastic passion fruit cheesecake recipe! The skin is smooth when the fruit drops, but the sugar content is highest after the skin wrinkles over the next several days.
