This site is so cool! Whenever I try to search for something on the internet 9 out of 10 times it ends up being a disaster, 3 hours of searching thru pages of cyberjunk with little or nothing to show for it, it's gotten so I dread using the internet to search for anything, so when I looked up farmers markets I was expecting the usual www.runaround.garbage.  FINALLY!! a pleasant surprise! this site has EVERYTHING you could possibly want from the Farmer's Market, and TONS of incredible things you'd never expect. Kudos!

HI, I just want to thank you all at "farmers market online" for e-mailing me , giving me the option for listing my downloadable home study e-book course "TEXTURE REVIVAL" from your site. My aim, when I put together these "DIY" books was to show and introduce various countries to the art of texturing, because it is already very popular here in the UK, and want to give interested people the knowledge and confidence to have a go themselves, as an alternative and attractive interior wall , ceiling coverage. Your site is very popular indeed, and well set out, and I just want to thank you all once again, keep up the good work.

Hi, I came across this site looking for actual Farmer's Markets in the Bay area "SF, CA" and came across this wonderful site.  It's a very interesting concept. As an interested vendor, I noticed that this site did not have any cutflowers/bouquet vendors. Does anyone know if Cutflowers/bouquets would sell well at this site? I grow misc. cut flowers year around"i.e. Gerbera daisies, Lisianthus, Snapdragons, etc.."and can ship most anywhere. I also do floral designing for weddings/events.
      Look forward to any comments/suggestions.

I had this site bookmarked but had lost it and just found it today... finally.
A year or two ago I visited the site and tried to print a recipe for Taste of Summer Chocolate Chip Chip cookies. They had peach schnaups in it. When I printed the recipe and got it home all the measurements were in question marks. I distinctly remembered that the ingredients had been listed. When I came back you had revamped the site and the recipe was not listed anymore.
Is there any possibility of finding that recipe again? So glad I found the site again, it is so much nicer now.

Market manager's response: Thanks, Valerie. The recipe you're looking for was from the cookbook "101 Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies: Melt-in-Your-Mouth" by Gwen Steege. We had permission from the publisher, Storey Books, to reprint the recipe on our site for awhile, but we no longer have it on our site or any copy of it on hand. You might contact the publisher directly and inquire.

Wow great site! I do not know where to begin. I need some serious pond supplies, not just the crap you find a home depot but good pond stuff. Building ponds and gardening, yep that's me. I also like pumps. Not just regular pumps, I mean big fountain pumps. You know the kind I mean, OASE pumps. I like to take them apart and look at all the quality pump parts. I also like pond lights, waterfalls, koi, algae, and great prices! Ponds are the best things for me, though. Yep that's what I am all about, ponds and garden tools. It pretty well sums up my whole existence. Let me repeat ponds and garden tools. Cool.

Thanks so much for offering this great service.  We purchased booth space today for my husband's homemade salsa and are looking forward to directing visitors to our website.  We did alot of research and found the Farmer's Market to be set up nicely with categories of interest that were more organized than others we found.

Hello! I was delighted by the variety and enterprise of your farmers. In Cumbria, England, where we have been very badly hit by foot and mouth disease, we are doing all we can to regenerate business for our farmers and their families. Though ther are still restrictions on movement, despite the government's cheerful statements about the countryside being open, some marts are carrying on. Ravenglass, where I live, is a tiny Lake District village by the sea, whose main street ends on the beach. We have an annual Charter Fair in June. This is the modern revival of the 12th Century Hiring fair whose original charter was given to the local overlord by King John, but we hope to do better for our farmers than an annual event. If any of your site visitors have organised a mart in a small rural village, and would care to share their views, triumphs and hiccups, I'd love to hear from them. Congratulations to all your contributors. You have given me all sorts of ideas already. Thankyou, Friends and neighbours!

A truly wonderful site. You cover every possible interest and opportunity.  I am a single parent and it is all I can do to manage a small vegetable and herb patch -- your site lets me live vicariously and dream of one day.

      Interesting concept.
I will have to get my act together so I can lease a booth in the future.
I can see where it would help to market my rabbits, their wool and earthworms.

I think it is a very good idea to have a farmers market on line. This way you get to share your products with every one all over the world.

I think this website has a lot of potential.  I enjoyed surfing through.  You have the ability to give feedback from farmer to farmer and I hope to see that on here.  Also, would like to see an area of pricing guidelines.  Thank you. Misty Meadows Farm, Payneville,KY

I am the Market Manager of an open-air market in rural upstate NY.
Our market continues to grow from only about 6-8 members five years ago to over 45 possible members for this upcoming season.  Some say that it is due in part to my "Barnum and Bailey mentality"...that is my continuous effort to get the word out about the market.  It seems to be working!  We have a new project also this season, a collaboration between the county community action agency and the market that will help teach some welfare to work folks how to make products to sell at the market.  Market members will also volunteer as mentors for these new "entrepreneurs".  Thanks for the web site..will be sharing same with our computer linked market members!

Found your site while searching for polarfleece items. Sounds like a great web. I'll return. Just curious on how sales are on the hat site.  I just made some hats for my family & friends, and had been thinking of expanding. Are we talking hundreds of orders weekly OR maybe thousands' This whole internet is so big. See ya. JR
