Just as
wineries pour their finest wines for tasting, we offer tasting of our
best olive oils, extra-virgin or blended. The tasting room was
originally a Fruit Packing shed underneath the living quarters of this 1860's stone building. We renovated it in 2001 and welcome visitors to come taste a bit of history at Gold Hill Olive Oil Company as we pour Northern California extra virgin olive oil. -- John
