Cali
Fine Foods began in Canada as a business between two friends in a
country kitchen. In 2006, Cali was purchased by Hill Family Foods LLC,
a family-owned business headquartered in Westport, Indiana.
Cali is a fast-growing company which emphasizes quality, integrity, and
customer service. When our own son was diagnosed with Celiac
disease, we began researching products and seeking recipes.
We found that many foods that were free of gluten and allergens were
also free of taste. Then we found the amazing Cali seasonings
and recipes. We also began experimenting with Cali in various
ways -- Cali on the grill, Cali in the oven, Cali in the crockpot, Cali
in dips, marinades, vinaigrettes, the uses for Cali were
endless! And so, it became time for Cali to become a part of
Hill Family Foods LLC. Although Cali's headquarters changed, our product did not. Cali is still manufactured in Canada by one of the former owners. Cali continues to be free of gluten, lactose, yeast, fats, preservatives, and MSG. We are very proud of our products and know that you will love them too. . --
