Adam Rocke penned the words for this cocktail guide while the retro art specialist Shag (a.k.a. Josh Angle) provided the illustrations. A CD tucked into the back of the book features and animated video and several versions of Henry Mancini's Pink Panther theme song.

• 6 oz. cola or Hawaiian Punch
